Given Charlayne Elizabeth Denney's habit of checking people for fangs, she discovered her own vampires live in the books she writes. Of course, this weirds out her grandkids and kids. As the author of the Fangs & Halos series, she likes sitting in dark rooms and imagining all sorts of strange things. She found her husband, Bruce, through a want-ad in the program book for ConTroll 93. She's attended, worked and guested at conventions in Texas since 1979.
