John Picacio

John Picacio is a two-time Hugo Award-winning illustrator who has created official best-selling artwork for George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, the Star Trek and X-Men franchises, as well as over 150 science fiction/fantasy book covers. His body of work features major cover illustrations for authors such as Michael Moorcock, Harlan Ellison, Frederik Pohl, Joe R. Lansdale and many more. John is currently re-imagineering Loteria, the classic Mexican game of chance, with all-new giant-size art cards and posters.
