Carrie Patel

Carrie Patel is an author of speculative fiction and a narrative designer in the video game industry. As a novelist, she's written the science fantasy Recoletta trilogy, which includes The Buried Life, Cities and Thrones and The Song of the Dead. Her short fiction has appeared in Beneath Ceaseless Skies and PodCastle. As a narrative designer at Obsidian Entertainment, Carrie has written for the Writers Guild of America-nominated Pillars of Eternity, the White March expansions, and most recently, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, for which she was named narrative co-lead.
