Bill is best known for inking Silver Surfer, Uncanny Origins, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Elementals, and Elvira. He has most recently inked a Call of Duty comic for Activision, and is currently co-writing and inking a comic titled Silent Scream, which is being funded through Kickstarter.
