Blake Foster is an actor and martial artist, best known for his role as Justin Stewart, the Blue Turbo Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo, and in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. He reprised the role in an episode of Power Rangers In Space. Blake’s appearance is courtesy of Rangerstop.com.
