Chase Masterson

Chase Masterson will be appearing on Friday July 1, Saturday July 2, and Sunday July 3 at booth 532. Chase Masterson is an actress, singer and voice actress, best known for her roles as Leeta the Bajoran on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Janice Em in the animated film Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles, Mamiya in the Fist of the North Star series of animated films, and Queen Lacet in the Starzinger series of animated films. As well, Chase has had featured roles in The Flash, Comic Book: The Movie, ER, Sliders, Live Shot, General Hospital, The Specials, Sometimes They Come Back For More, Robin Hood: Men In Tights, In a Moment of Passion, Married People Single Sex, Sammyville, Manticore, Chastity, Terminal Invasion, and Creature Unknown.

Masterson hosted an Entertainment Tonight-style news program for the Sci-Fi Channel in the 1990s called Sci-Fi Entertainment and an Internet-based radio talk show for the website The Fandom in 2004-2005.

Chase Masterson stars in the Doctor Who Big Finish spin-off Vienna, currently in Season 3, after originating the role opposite 7th Doctor Who Sylvester McCoy in 2012. She also stars in Survivors, a Big Finish production nominated for a 2015 BBC Audio Drama Award, currently in Season 2.

In 2013 Masterson co-founded the Pop Culture Hero Coalition, a non-profit organization speaking out against “bullying, racism, misogyny, cyber-bullying, LGBT-bullying, and other forms of hate.”
