Shelby has appeared in the television shows Awkward., 2 Broke Girls, The Mindy Project, Dr. Ken, The LXD: The Legion of Extraordinary Dancers, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Glee, Community, My Name Is Earl, House M.D., and Grounded for Life. She was previously a member of the Laker Girls; the cheerleading squad of basketball team Los Angeles Lakers.
