Blake's film work has included Danielle Steeles' Family Album, as well as Above Suspicion and Kids World.
When not on the big screen, Foster was making small-screen appearances on shows like Walker: Texas Ranger, the television movie The Brady Bunch in the White House as none other than Peter Brady and an appearance on the famed Beverly Hills: 90210.
Blake came in to his own as a young actor playing Justin in TURBO: A Power Rangers Movie and on FOX's Power Rangers: Turbo television series. After leaving the TURBO set, Blake stayed in television with appearances on Two of a Kind and Boy Meets World. Foster landed a role in the television film Casper Meets Wendy with Hillary Duff before making a final appearance as Justin on Power Rangers in Space.
