Always River Cosplay has been cosplaying as River Song from Doctor Who since 2014. She has created 23 of River Song’s iconic outfits seen on screen as well as in some non-canon pieces. When David Tennant asks, “Are you ALWAYS River?” she says yes. Always River Cosplay enjoys presenting panels on cosplay as well as on River Song and other aspects of Doctor Who.
