Gavin Smith

Gavin Smith is a third-year student of Sociology at Georgia State University. Their interests focus on trans liberation, non-binary identities, and Queer radical politics. They also have interest in the Black Lives Matter movement and prison abolition. Gavin's research efforts include studies on violence against trans women and furthering academic understanding of non-binary identities. They have lived in Atlanta since 2006 and came out in 2013 as trans non-binary and queer.
