Inker and artist
Philip Moy has worked as a professional comics artist starting with inking work in 1992 at Comico.
He has worked as inker and penciler on a diverse set of characters and books from Marvel Comics.
However, his biggest claim to fame is working on DC’s Powerpuff Girls comic, which included drawing nearly all the overs of the 7o-issue run, as well as drawing stories in several issues. More recently, Philip’s inking work can be found in mini-series crossovers Star Trek/Legion of Superheroes, and Danger Girl/G.I. Joe from IDW.
Moy’s work also can be found in DC’s Legionnaires, Samurai Jack in the Cartoon Network Action Pack; Marvel’s Excalibur and Age of Apocalypse: X-Calibre; and Malibu’s Hardcase as well as Foxfire.
As an artist, Moy’s enthusiasm for mainstream comics, anime, sci-fi and cartoons enable him to adjust his style to what’s needed for whatever project he’s working on.
