Jason A Hurley

A Missouri-based comics creator and retailer, and the co-writer of The Beauty.

Jason A Hurley has been in the comic book game for over 15 years. Prior to writing comics, Hurley began selling them, being the owner and proprietor of Hurley’s Heroes, a comic book store based out of Joplin, Missouri. In addition to comic books, he loves pro wrestling, bad horror movies, Freddy Mercury, hummingbirds, his parents, and pizza. While he’s never actually tried it, he also thinks curling looks like a hell of a lot of fun. Hurley claims his personal heroes are Earl Bassett and Valentine Mckee, because they live a life of adventure on their own terms. He also claims that he would brain anyone who showed even the most remote signs of becoming a cannibalistic undead bastard, including his own brother, without a second thought. He’s lived in Joplin, MO for most of his life, and never plans to leave.
