James Bates

James W. Bates has been working and writing in kids' entertainment since 1995. He's written on 27 series with notable credits on; Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, Transformers: Cybertron, Timon & Pumbaa, The Penguins of Madagascar, Digimon: Fusion and Power Rangers Dino Charge. He served as Co-Story Editor on Power Rangers Samurai and Story Editor on Power Rangers Super Samurai, Power Rangers Megaforce and the first set of episodes of Power Rangers Super Megaforce. His comic book credits include stories for 40+ issues of Simpsons Comics. He also served as a Development Executive at Walt Disney TV Animation and the Fox Kids Network. He lives happily in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and two and a half cats.
