Clinton Ages is an Executive Coach and Organizational Behavior Consultant supporting both individuals and organizations in optimizing their performance. With nearly twenty years of experience in technical solutions development, technology and management consulting. He is very skilled at resolving open-ended, ambiguous issues and identifying problems early on. His experiences with both designing something new, as well as being systematic and efficient combines together to create real value for client organizations. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology. His psychological disposition is to understand the “Application of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to an Organizational Change” and to use that to guide his change programs.
