Kimberle Seale

Kimberle Seale, President of Vincerem, is an experienced corporate executive with an extensive background in strategy, leadership, project management, process improvement, and software development. She is recognized for her performance in building collaborative leaders and teams that accelerate business performance within multiple industries including: healthcare, human resource management, technology consulting, financial management, energy, and government, both for-profit and not-for-profit. Then, after more than two decades working in the corporate environment, she decided to start Vincerem LLC to assist more leaders and organizations to leverage their untapped potential. 
Active in her community, Kim is also a board member and governance committee chair for Child Advocates in Indianapolis; board member and President-Elect for the Indianapolis chapter of the Society of Information Management; and as an Advisory Board Member for the IUPUI School of Engineering and Technology. 
Kim’s passion is to coach great leaders and organizations through an integrated approach that build capabilities which are foundational to the health and success of any organization. She believes all employees have an intrinsic purpose and set of strengths, when leveraged, bring out exponential growth and productivity for themselves and any organization.
