Colin David

Colin David is an entrepreneur, businessman, scenic artist, designer and fabricator of theater and haunted house effects and animatronics. He is the founder and President of Hi Tech Haunts which has provided all the scenes, effects and animatronics for the award winning mega hit MOTEL 6 Feet Under Haunted House, now known as Mable’s 6 Feet Under. He is also cofounder of Midnight Table Talks a company that specializes in social media marketing and educational webinars. In the past,Colin participated in the designing and constructing of several haunts in San Diego, such as Museum of Man’s 7 Nights of Fright and Starlight Bowl’s TheHaunted Theater.
Colin has constructed several recording studios and provides many sound tracks for different haunts and events. He specializes in building set walls using proprietary designs enabling compaction for moving and storage.
Colin has also designed intricate costume pieces, such as the Tin Man for Starlight Bowl’s production of The Wizard of Oz. He has also created and constructed the earthquake monster costume in the final scene of Mable’s 6 Feet Under. He is versed in creating masks using products such as latex, celasticand fiberglass.

He is available for design work including set pieces, props and signage.
