Brian Focarino

Brian is a trademark, copyright, and advertising associate at Cooley in Silicon Valley and a Fellow of the Internet Law & Policy Foundry. Previously, he was legal intern for digital media law at Google, legal intern for trademark and copyright law at Verizon, and an intern for The Honorable Randall R. Rader, former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a contributing author at IPWatchdog, where he writes about trademark, copyright, First Amendment and IP policy.
