Greg Berkin

Gregory Berkin is a serial entrepreneur, software programmer and senior technology evangelist who founded the first educational software company for the Apple Macintosh Computer in 1984. Mr. Berkin’s products became worldwide best-sellers, winning numerous awards. Greg earned his Bachelors in Computer Science degree from the State University of New York at Potsdam and an MBA from Duke University. Greg recently studied at USC's Viterbi School of Engineering developing a 'black box' for airplane and vehicle safety and communications. In the late nineties, Greg was Intel Corporation’s Senior Technology Evangelist for advanced computing software applications in Intel’s Developer Relations Group. In 2000, Mr. Berkin was recognized as “1 of 21 of the most influential executives in the development of the DVD disc format worldwide” by Hollywood and Silicon Valley. Mr. Berkin founded Concours Ventures, a Silicon Valley angel group accelerating startups in cyber security, mobile technologies and software applications. Greg is also a private pilot, a feature film director and an adviser/angel/board member for multiple startups.
