Marv Wolfman has created more characters that have segued from comic books to TV and movies than any other comics writer except Stan Lee. Marv was also Founding Editor of Disney Adventures magazine,
Senior Editor at DC Comics and Editor-In-Chief of Marvel Comics.

At MARVEL, Marv created BLADE (3 movies and a TV show); BULLSEYE (main villain in the Daredevil movie); BLACK CAT (soon to be starring in “Silver And Black” from Sony and Marvel Films); THE NOVA CORPS (appearing in the first Guardians Of The Galaxy), and others.

At DC, Marv created dozens of characters who have been seen in animation as well as live action, including: THE TEEN TITANS (two animated series and later this year they’ll be starring in their own live action series on Warner Bros. first streaming network as well as a theatrical animated Teen Titans Go movie; DEATHSTROKE (Threew seasons plus on the CW’s Arrow TV show, as well as the Justice League movie and other DCU movies. VIGILANTE (One season so far on the CW’s Arrow TV show); CYBORG (Appearing in at least five upcoming Warners/DC films including this November’s Justice League; NIGHTWING (recently announced to be starring in his own Warners movie); CAT GRANT (appearing on the CW’s Supergirl show), and many others as well.

Marv has won numerous professional and fan awards for his writing, including: The WILL EISNER HALL OF FAME award for his body of work; THE NATIONAL JEWISH BOOK AWARD for his non-fiction history book (Homeland: The Illustrated History Of The State of Israel); The SCRIBE award (for his novelizations); and many more.

Marv writes comics, books, animation, video games (his script for the Disney’s EPIC MICKEY-2 video game was nominated for a WGA award), theme park shows and much more.
