Anita Boehm

Anita Boehm is the founder of Mountain Sage Wellness, Inc. - a multifaceted wellness practice and creator of powerful essential oil products. It is her sixth year to participate in the Sun Valley Wellness Festival and she is humbly grateful for the patronage of those who have come to see her for the Integrative Energy Body Therapy sessions and have purchased her essential oils!

Through research and guidance, she has brought forth powerful essential oil blends that she infuses with the energetics of Reiki and sacred geometry in addition to incorporating minerals in some of her elixirs. Anita’s mission is: Creating Pathways to Physical and Emotional Renewal, Self-Love and Acceptance Through Mindful Breathwork, Essential Oil Blends, and Integrated Therapies.

Anita is well-versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities that she employs in her practice (Reiki Master Teacher, Huna Kane Teacher, Level II Bo-ssage practitioner, certified Medical Intuitive, Herbalist in training in The East West School of Herbology and member of the American Herbalist Guild). She is a certified Level III Qigong instructor and Breathwork Facilitator who is also trained to teach a food-based healing system. As a Breathing Practitioner, she helps people to breathe more mindfully to overcome physiological responses (i.e., emotional, perceptual, cognitive, attention, behavioral, and physical deficits that may impact health and performance). She is also a PSIA Level 3 Telemark/Level 2 Alpine ski instructor. Anita's education includes: M.S. Environmental Health (Colorado State University (CSU)), B.S. Geology (University of Michigan), and secondary science teacher certification (CSU).
