Catherine Scherwenka

Catherine is a vibrant lover of life with a passion for helping others enjoy the full potential that is each of our birthrights.
Her background is saturated in diversity through her rich life experiences, and when teaching and holding space she radiates depth, clarity and heart filled understanding.

Catherine studied at New York University in Liberal Arts and Business where she lived for 11 years running her own very successful high end salon until 9/11 when she had her first Awakening. It was a wake up call that began her quest to live a more authentic life; eventually leading her to Awakening at a school in India called the Oneness University.

At the Oneness University, she was given tremendous shifts in consciousness, as well as being initiated as a Oneness Meditator (only about 100 people around the world have been chosen to share the Oneness Meditation OM.

Over the past 10 years, she has lived on and off at the Oneness University dedicated to her inner learning, conducting programs worldwide, serving alongside the 100+ monks and assisting thousands of people on their journey of growing in consciousness.

She’s had the honor of studying with very wise and knowledgeable yoga and meditation teachers from all over the world; SriAmmaBhagavan and the monks at the Oneness University, world-renowned GurMukh, Kundalini yoga in Rishikesh, India, Sianna Sherman, Anusara Yoga in San Francisco, and many, many more.

Catherine’s has a special gift for making people feel supported and loved unconditionally, which makes way for a natural healing of the heart.
