Kate Leth is arguably the hardest-working woman in comics. Not only is she the writer of Marvel's new hit series Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat, but she also maintains a webcomic (Kate or Die Comics) and contributes comic strips to ComicsAlliance every other week. She has quite the comic and graphic novel bibliography, despite her young age: Bravest Warriors, Adventure Time: Bitter Sweets, Adventure Time: Seeing Red, Fraggle Rock: Journey to the Everspring, and Edward Scissorhands - but wait there's more! Leth has also made quite the name for herself as a cover artist ranging from issues of Sex Criminals and Bitch Planet to DC's Bombshells and Archie. She has her own podcast and manages to squeeze in convention and promotion traveling too. Oh... And she also had another hit comic series launch earlier this month (Vampirella). So how does a self-taught, former comic book store employee fit it all in, while having the added pressure of representing an underrepresented minority in her industry? Join Black Cat Comic's own Taylor Hoffman for a one-on-one spotlight on the gal who's kicking down the comic book industry's front door: Kate Leth.
