So many people struggle when they write because they fear that they won’t be published or super popular, so they try and write what the general populous claims is popular. It’s a hard thing for writes to write things they don’t fully enjoy, and readers can tell. Authors both traditionally published and independently published struggle with this as well, and I think it really discourages a lot of potential writers from creating fantastic works. I would like authors from both groups to discuss how they got where they are today, what they have created, and why they still love writing their particular books/genre. Both veteran and newer authors putting out their work can really help encourage the next generation of authors.
