Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been used in games since the first single-player games were developed. While AI development has always been difficult, recent advances in Machine Learning (ML) technology and increased accessibility of deep learning frameworks have opened up many new opportunities for AI games. This session will provide a brief overview of ML algorithms while demonstrating multiple example games in Unity using the freely available ML-Agents Toolkit and TensorFlow.
