Time travel and space travel are common themes in SciFi. I will discuss them from an astronomer's point of view. First, I will present the idea that given the finite speed of light, the universe itself turns out to be a time machine. We use observations to learn about the history of the universe, and I will briefly discuss the evolution of the universe. Then I will talk about our efforts in space travel (current status and future prospect). In particular, I will discuss the recently announced Breakthrough Starshot program, which aims to accelerate gram-scale spacecrafts to one-fifth light speed to travel to Alpha Centauri in 20 years and send pictures back to the Earth.
