Sign up and pay fees at Millennium booth in game room. Get a Gold Instant Collection from Millennium Games. You will have 45 Minutes to construct the first 66 cards of a Commander Deck. Then your table will shuffle the remaining instant collections together and you will have 30 minutes to speed through the shuffled piles and complete the deck!
