Each of Star Trek's versions of Orion Slave Girls from Captain Pike to Captain Kirk to Captain Archer have pulled from choreography used in American bellydance. This panel will review the dance clips featured in Star Trek, break down the basic 'Orion slave girl' movements and then teach a new dance incorporating those moves. This panel will be participatory so come prepared to move!
