Welcome to the Con! A bit nervous? Normal. Come learn the ins, outs, tricks, and tips of veteran con-goers and full-time Geeks! The main topics covered include pre-planning, budgeting, scouting the area, safety tips, eating and drinking, logistics, an emergency kit, and how to meet people with similar interests- fan meetups, panels, etc. There will be special attention paid to how to deal with stress in a convention environment.
