This panel is focused mostly on discussion of design process rather than sewing/crafting techniques. I talk about the process of theatrical costume design, the fundamentals of how to think about design like a costume designer, and the overlap between theatrical design and cosplay and how to use that overlap to improve cosplay costume design. Also just some general funny anecdotes of my experience as both a professional costume designer and cosplayer.
