This presentation is an exploration of spycraft and espionage as portrayed in animation. It includes examples of the diverse skill-sets spies are frequently called upon to utilize in the course of their work...infiltration/exfiltration, intelligence gathering, disguise, counterintelligence to cite just a few. Also covered will be some of the associated "dirty deeds" that are employed by both spies and professional criminals; assassination, seduction and thievery, etc...etc... Two additional segments are included. The first touches upon the Cold War, which I often refer to as "the Devil's Paradise for International Espionage". The last is devoted to the world's most famous, fictitious secret agent, James Bond, and the legacy his movies have had upon animated entertainment.
