Putting the in the work on building an effective curriculum is not easy. Reasons for creating one can range from applying to the HEMA alliance to running classes more efficiently to passing on knowledge to new instructors in your club. Understanding where to start can make the process more manageable. Here In this panel we will be discussing and working on ways to build the curriculum for your students in your club/school. When students join your club you have a lot of information that you want to pass on to them, but what is the best way to impart that information? How do you work with students at different levels of experience? do you help them to learn the information that you want them to have, and yet keep them safe and engaged? Join us as we share strategies we took to develop curricula for our respective schools, and share information that we can use to help our clubs grow and to bring more students to our groups.
