Are you a professional, a fan, or a member of an organization that would like to present a panel/workshop at the 2021 Cincinnati Comic Expo? If so, fill out the form below by
5:00 PM EST on Sunday, August 8, 2021. This form is for panel submissions only.
Panel ideas and slots at the Cincinnati Comic Expo are in high demand, but are extremely limited
. So, before you submit, please make sure your application is the best that it can be. Cincinnati Comic Expo is looking for programs that are original, exciting, and creative. Most importantly, think about the value that your panel/workshop will provide to fans/attendees and what sets your idea apart from others. This application does not guarantee you a slot at Cincinnati Comic Expo, it only registers your request to hold a panel/workshop at the show. Answer all of the questions below and use as much detail as possible. After panel submissions are sent, the Cincinnati Comic Expo maybe in contact with follow up questions before final decisions and schedules are determined.
Accepted panels for the Cincinnati Comic Expo will be notified by
August 21st. Every effort will be given to schedule panels at requested times.
The Cincinnati Comic Expo, on most event stages, will provide a projector with HDMI capabilities, a screen, microphone, table, and chairs. The panelists are responsible for providing laptops, programs, DVD players, cables, and other AV equipment.
MUST purchase their own admission to the Cincinnati Comic Expo. If your panel is selected, scheduled, and you appear, then you will receive a voucher to be used at the Cincinnati Comic Expo Merchandise Booth. This voucher is ONLY for the person that submits for the panel and does not apply to any panel assistants, co-hosts, or additional panelists on your session. Guests of the Expo are not eligible to receive vouchers. The vouchers are valued at for the admission for the day that the panel session is held and is to be used towards merchandise and other souvenirs at the Cincinnati Comic Expo Merchandise Booth.

I understand that all panelists, including myself, are responsible for providing our own admission to the Expo. At the conclusion of my session, I will receive a voucher for the value of my admission to the Cincinnati Comic Expo Merchandise Booth.
