All fields are required.

Thank you for your Interest in running programming at A Video Game Con 2020

We are excited to see what our presenters have in store for us! Please take a minute to review the following submission guidelines:

Please note, if you fill out this form while logged into growtix, the email registered to growtix will be what appears on the application for the main presenter.  If you wish to use a different email, please log out before filling out the form.

This year's panel application period will end on Tuesday June 23rd at 11:59pm EST;  No late submissions will be accepted.
A rating of E or PG-13 is only used to express the complexity of the information presented; any 18+ panels containing explicit or graphic language/content will be allowed only during the Late Night time slots.
The Submission description box is used to provide a "Con Book" description of your panel.  The "Con Book" description should be a short 2-4 sentence summary of your panel, to be visible online for attendees.  The Full description will be used by our staff to evaluate your panel for acceptance. Do not copy and paste your answers between the two boxes.  Providing the same answer in both description boxes, or leaving one blank, may result in an automatic rejection of the panel.
All panel rooms will be equipped with a HDMI projector and mics/speakers.  Panelists may bring there own converter if a different port is needed.  Please leave additional tech requests in the special requests area.  Panelist will receive up to 3 badges.  In order to receive a badge, each panelist must be listed with their emails.  Badges will emailed to each presenter individually after a panel is accepted.

Acceptance/rejection emails will go out towards the end of July.

We can't wait to see everyone! Good Luck!
