Submitting this form is meant solely as a programming request to be reviewed by the programming team and does not guarantee you a spot in the programming lineup. Submissions will close on April 1st, 2024.
Please complete the application in full by providing as much detailed information as possible. Panel slots are 45 minutes in length and should be appropriate for fans of all ages.

This form is only for those who wish to present a panel themselves. Please do NOT use this form to submit guest suggestions, or panels that you are not able to organize and run yourself. CALGARY EXPO is not able to assist in recruiting additional speakers for submitted panels.
Things to know before you apply:
Panel submissions are open until April 1st 2024. Only those panels which are chosen to present at the event will be contacted.
Panel content must be appropriate for fans of all ages.
Panel slots are 45 minutes in length.
Retail transactions inside panel rooms will not be permitted.
Panel rooms come with a standard AV set up including a projector/screen and 3 - 4 microphones. No additional AV will be provided. Panelists are not permitted to modify room AV.
