Things to know before you apply:
Panel submissions are open until April 1st 2023. Only those panels which are chosen to present at the event will be contacted.
Panel content must be appropriate for fans of all ages.
Panel slots are 45 minutes in length.
Retail transactions inside panel rooms will not be permitted.
Panel rooms come with a standard AV set up including a projector/screen and 3 - 4 microphones. No additional AV will be provided. Panelists are not permitted to modify room AV.
Please do NOT use this form to suggest guests. The form should only be used for those who wish to organize and present content at the show themselves. Calgary Expo cannot assist in recruiting speakers for submitted panels.
