Panel Submissions

All fields are required.

Your answers to these questions will help us better understand your proposed session and how it fits within Comicpalooza and the diverse Comicpalooza audience. Please complete as thoroughly as possible. Note that all session submissions are subject to review and does not mean approval of the submitted content.  Please review the following information carefully before you begin: 

  • Submission Description - will be used for the Comicpalooza audience and should be written as such, not as a pitch to us. We may make grammatical or syntax changes for audience appeal but we will not change the context without discussing with you. Please keep in mind this is what will show up in the app for the event.
  • Categories - are used to designate the appropriate track for your session. PLEASE SELECT ONE.
  • Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. You are not required to fulfill the full-time allotment, but you cannot go over. If you need longer, please contact programming@comicpalooza.com well in advance of the event. 
  • Only one session can be submitted at a time. If you wish to do this session multiple times over the weekend, please complete this form for each additional submission and indicate in the question regarding "other information" which it is (e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.)
  • Sessions/panels are for educational, entertainment, informative, and interactive purposes. Sessions to promote or sell are not permitted.
  • Comicpalooza is a family event and any presentation that contains graphic, suggestive, or pornographic material will not be approved.
  • Please note that some panels may not be approved due to room availability.
  • Your name, email, contact phone number should be the individual or the person representing the company/group/troupe. 

Panel approval does not guarantee admission to Comicpalooza. If you have questions in regards to admission for approved panels, email the programming team for more information at: programming@comicpalooza.com.

Comicpalooza is a dynamic multi-format, pop-culture event featuring celebrity panels, photograph, and autograph opportunities, along with hours of diverse, interactive programming that include discussions, workshops, networking opportunities, contests, shopping, and entertainment across many of our tracks including anime, comic books, cosplay, family activities, and gaming.

 

Your pass entitles you to experience Comicpalooza at the George R. Brown Convention Center. Costs for celebrity autographs and photographs, or any other special programming, will be announced when available.
