Submit a Panel for METROCON 2024

All fields are required.

IMPORTANT:

  • All panels and event submissions must have a rating of PG-13 or lower
  • The "Submission Description" is what appears to the public in the digital Con Guide and our online schedule(s). Your description is what others will read on the app. (Please use spellcheck and grammar check before submitting.) If you have additional notes or information about the panel for METRO, include that info in the "Additional Notes" section. In other words, do not describe what you want to do in your panel, write what you are doing in a way that will attract attendees to attend the panel.
  • Please check the spelling and grammar of your Submission Title and Submission Details
  • Make sure that your description accurately describes what your panel is about and what you will be doing - surprises are fun, but not for the staff!
  • If you have ANY SCHEDULE CONFLICTS, let us know in the additional notes section. This also includes conflicts with any partners running the panel with you. (We will try and accommodate all rescheduling requests, but that may not be possible as we approach the convention dates.
  • When Submitting a Photo Shoot or Meetup please make sure to include the location you would like to meet in your description. (ie Riverwalk, Front stairs, etc.) A public Facebook event is also strongly encouraged to be included in your description.
  • Please read the Panel Hosting FAQ on our website in full before submitting!
  • PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL OUT ALL FIELDS TO EXPEDITE YOUR APPROVAL AND SCHEDULING PROCESS
  • Approvals for panels will begin on 4/2/2024 - you will NOT receive an approval email before this, as we allow initial submissions to come in!
  • Submissions WILL be reviewed in the order they are received, however, they will also be approved based on need, quality, variety, prior experience, and several additional factors.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling occur on an ongoing basis.
