Submit a Panel

All fields are required.

IMPORTANT:

  • All panels and event submissions must have a rating of PG-13 or lower
  • The "Submission Description" is what appears to the public in the Con Guide and online. Your description is what others will read. If you have additional notes or information about the panel for METRO, include that info in the "Additional Notes" section. In other words, do not describe what you want to do in your panel, write what you are doing in a way that will attract attendees to attend the panel.
  • Please check spelling and grammar of your Submission Title and Submission Details
  • Make sure that your description accurately describes what your panel is about and what you will be doing - surprises are fun, but not for the staff!
  • When Submitting a Photo Shoot or Meetup please make sure to include the location you would like to meet in your description. (ie Riverwalk, Front stairs, etc.) A public Facebook event is also strongly encouraged to be included in your description.
  • Please read the Panel Hosting FAQ on our website in full before submitting!
  • PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL OUT ALL FIELDS TO EXPEDITE YOUR APPROVAL AND SCHEDULING PROCESS
  • Approvals for panels will begin on 3/1/2019 - you will NOT receive an approval email prior to this, as we allow initial submissions to come in!
  • Submissions WILL be reviewed in the order they are received, however, they will also be approved based on need, quality, variety, prior experience, and a number of additional factors.
  • Direct any questions regarding panel submissions to our panel team at metroconpanels@gmail.com
