NYCC 2020 Panel and Screening Submissions

All fields are required.

Two things we love: our awesome fans and unique content! We're looking for original and creative programming, so if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to host a panel or screening at the show. Make sure it's kick ass though, as panel and screening slots are in high demand and last year we were able to accept less than 20% of all submissions. When you're putting together your panelists, keep in mind that we value fresh voices and diverse perspectives: if everyone on your panel looks and sounds just like you, you may want to rethink your approach.

This form closes on Monday, July 27 at 11:59 PM, so set a couple of reminders in your phone and make sure you get your submissions in early.

You'll hear back from the team by Friday, August 7 with a decision on your submission - we know, the anticipation is killing us too.

We're here for you, so if you have any questions while you wait, feel free to shoot us an email at NYCCpanels@reedexpo.com. Mischief managed!

Enter Proposed Panelists for this Schedule Submission

If you are going to be a panelist, please include yourself.

Before pitching any names for the panel, make sure all of your panelists are 100% interested in taking part. You wouldn't put down Gal Gadot's name without first consulting Wonder Woman herself. Right? Right. You can always adjust the names of your panelists later on, so for now only list the folks you know are down. A maximum of six speaker badges will be provided per panel.

We aren't able to provide badges for plus 1's and we don't pay for speaking fees, travel, lodging or meals.

Now, please re-read your submission and confirm all the above information is correct and suitably impressive. All good? Then tick a few more boxes and click submit! All boxes below must be checked. Any questions or concerns? Please contact NYCCpanels@reedexpo.com
