Speaker and Panel Submissions

All fields are required.

Speaker Terms and Conditions 

  1. All speakers (moderators + panelists) must be available to attend SiliCon between August 27-28 2022. Do not submit panels on behalf of others unless they are aware you are doing so and are committed to participating if selected.

  2. SiliCon will provide complimentary admission to panelists who do not already have another type of badge (Exhibitor, Artist Alley, Pro, etc). There is a limit of 5 participants for a panel including the moderator. SiliCon will provide credentials for confirmed speakers only and will not accommodate +1s.

  3. SiliCon does not pay speaker fees nor does it cover travel expenses or hotel accommodations. If you feel the speaker you’d like to submit requires special accommodations, please email programming@siliconsj.com to make a request.

  4. This application does not guarantee placement as a speaker at SiliCon. Submissions will be evaluated and all those who submit will receive confirmation of receipt and a status update on or before June 15, 2022.

  5. Speakers are responsible for providing their own materials for presentations including devices with connections for HDMI. Note however that video availability MUST be requested in the panel application. Please indicate if the panel is impractical without video support. 

  6. Panel times are chosen based on availability. SiliCon reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of panel sessions at will notify speakers as soon as possible of any changes.

  7. Press have full access to conference sessions. There are no specific press services offered for speakers.

  8. Panelists  are expected to adhere to any health guidelines as may be required by the show. 

  9. Like everyone else at the show, SiliCon event speakers are subject to our Harassment Policy, during their presentations and as fans.
