Panel / Workshop Submission Form

All fields are required.

Calling all Panelists, Presenters, & Speakers!

We are now accepting panel submissions. Do you want to host a panel or event at Quest-Con? Share your love of fandom and help us make this the best Quest-Con ever! The Panel Request deadline is September 15, 2018. The earlier you submit your panel, the better chance you have of approval and a good time slot. No panels will be approved after September 15, 2018. No exceptions. If you would like to host your own panel, it is easy! Just fill out the form below and submit it to us for consideration.

Preparation goes a long way. Be sure you complete your request form completely and accurately. Check to ensure that your topic is relevant, your descriptions accurately match your panel’s title and content, and show us that you have put a great deal of thought into your presentation. Please note that Quest- Con does NOT provide laptops in the panel rooms. If you are in need of a projector or other type of technology, please add that onto your Panel submission form.

Guest panels have priority. Because scheduling for these panels can be erratic and take up much of ‘prime-time’ programming, being flexible on your scheduling increases the chances we will find an acceptable time-slot for your panel. Notify us immediately of any changes or problems as soon as they arise. Every attempt is made to ensure that the Panelist(s) will be scheduled for their preferred day and time, and Quest- Con will attempt to avoid scheduling the Panelist(s) for any major events that the Panelist may have an interest in attending, though no guarantees can be made. Make sure to note any event that you do not want to miss on the Panel Request Form.

The standard program time slot is one hour. The panel lasts for 45-minutes followed by a 15-minute break until the next program. No one is going to actually kick anyone out of a program room during the 15-minute break, but remember that break is your chance to use the restroom.

Panelist are still required to purchase passes to the convention.  The views and opinions expressed by panelists and/or attendees during Quest-Con panel events are solely those of the panelists/attendees.  These views and opinions do not necessarily represent those of Quest-Con, Inc.; its directors and staff; or any others affiliated with Quest-Con.

About Quest-Con

Quest-Con is a multi-genre convention heavily influenced by gaming & cosplay (2 things we hold dear to our hearts).  In addition Quest-Con will not be your standard dog & pony show with a flea market that so many conventions seem to be turning into. If you're familiar with most (not all) of the standard fare, you buy a ticket, walk around the vendor floor for a bit, check out some guests, maybe look into a couple of other things that you're personally interested in, then you go back home and wait for the next year.  Each year is a rinse and repeat of the last with different guests.

This convention will be truly unique to the Gulf Coast area. Yes we will have some awesome guests, we will have an amazing vendor floor, we will have a huge amount of diverse gaming, we will have an unbelievable dedication to all things cosplay, but most importantly we are crafting more than just a convention. We are crafting an adventure.  Quest-Con will be an adventure that you will want to experience year after year after year, and will never grow tired or bored with!
