Speaker Terms and Conditions

All speakers (moderators + panelists) must be available to attend SVCC between August 16-18 2019. Do not submit panels on behalf of others unless they are aware you are doing so and are committed to participating if selected.
SVCC will provide complimentary admission to panelists who do not already have another type of badge (Exhibitor, Artist Alley, Pro, etc). There is a limit of 6 participants for a panel including the moderator. SVCC will provide credentials for confirmed speakers only and will not accommodate +1s.
SVCC does not pay speaker fees nor does it cover travel expenses or hotel accommodations. If you feel the speaker you’d like to submit requires special accommodations, please email programming@svcomiccon.com to make a request.
This application does not guarantee placement as a speaker at SVCC. Submissions will be evaluated and all those who submit will receive confirmation of receipt and a status update on or before June 15, 2019.
Speakers are responsible for providing their own materials for presentations including devices with connections for VGA, DVI or HDMI. The SVCC Programming Team will be in touch to coordinate delivery of presentation materials and to answer any set up questions in February.
Panel times are chosen based on availability. SVCC reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of panel sessions at will notify speakers as soon as possible of any changes.
Press have full access to conference sessions and select sessions may be filmed. There are no specific press services offered for speakers.
Like everyone else at the show, SVCC event speakers are subject to our Harassment Policy, during their presentations and as fans.
