I belong to a group of historical reenactors/living historians. We'd like to host a panel on the interpretative, costuming, performance art, and immersive aspects of our hobby. Many of us cosplay comic book characters and Sci-Fi characters as well, at Con's. We are a multi-time period collective, we've portrayed everything from the Roman Empire to Operation Desert Storm. There are a lot of misconceptions about our sub-culture, we'd like to dispel the myths, and introduce those who'd be interested to our hobby that closely parallels fantasy cosplay.
