This will be an open discussion panel around Dr. Who as a man and his masculinity and this new transition into a female Dr. Who. The discussion will consist of talking about masculinity and femininity and how Dr. Who does it differently; how Dr. Who fits in the box of masculinity but also in the role of femininity and what that means for Dr. Who's character development as a person.
