Comicpalooza 2018
Becka Noel is a costume designer and has been cosplaying for seven years. Specializing in armor and props, she is known internationally for her mashup cosplay groups. She will be one of our judges for the Comicpalooza 2018 Cosplay Contest presented by BBVA Compass.
