Gaming and Disability: Accessibility in Video Games

Gaming has been a very visual-focused activity for most of its history, and some controllers and interfaces can create problems for gamers with certain disabilities. Come learn about how different types of adaptive technology can be used to make sure all gamers get a chance to play, and how designing with accessibility in mind can improve everyone's experience! We'll talk about game design, controllers, and adapting existing titles, and bringing accessibility to the brave new world of VR headsets.
