CREATING A STEAMPUNK or OTHER CHARACTER— WHETHER ROLE-PLAYING OR WRITING Are you interested in bringing Steampunk Characters to life for cosplay/role play? Or do you want to express your character on the page for Steampunk—or other—fiction? This panel will be an interactive discussion of how to create a character, whether you are re-creating an existing one or building a new one from scratch. Using the philosophy “Don't TELL me--SHOW me" we'll discuss tips on defining your character and bringing him or her to life. No matter whether you are performing or writing we'll go over the process and steps for creating strong, dynamic, believable, entertaining, and memorable characters. Whether your interest is cosplay, roleplay, LARPing, theater, or writing for the page or screen--our presentation is invaluable in helping YOU create and build your own unique character.
