Fleet First is a model of comprehensive message and mission promotion designed and adopted by STARFLEET chapters in Texas and Louisiana. Other fan groups or organizations can utilize the ideas presented to improve group communication and dynamics to recruit members and promote their causes. The panel will be composed of STARFLEET members from the USS Zavala, the USS Endurance, and other regional representatives.
