What we say TO ourselves ABOUT ourselves is vitally important to our health and well-being. Jacob began his journey as adolescent suffering from anxiety attacks and excessive worry, leading his mother to give him a book on self-hypnosis. In 1985 he landed in West Hollywood, California which was ground zero at the time for the AIDS crisis where he studied intensively with authors and teachers Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson and others before moving to Santa Barbara where he lectured on A Course in Miracles and there started the town’s first HIV/AIDS Spiritual Support group. Through these 30 years, he has learned how to teach inner peace through guided meditations, humor, affirmations and self-loving practices, which will be covered in this soothing, uplifting talk.
