A yoga opportunity to enliven the body and spirit on Sunday morning! Please join yoga instructor Mikayla Latta for a heart-centered flow-yoga class with an emphasis on alignment. Meditation elements at the beginning and end of class will help clear the mind for a new day and week ahead! Great for those newer to yoga, while still offering a challenge to those with regular practice.” All-Levels / level 1-2 class.
